III (Institute - Industry – Interaction): An HR ( R&D) Workshop: A Social Responsibility
  A special wing for fresh Students’ / talents placement (Campus / Off Campus) for Top Corporate/MNCs was designed by us in the form of III (TRIPLE EYE)
 

We have been Pioneers in introducing this model in Gujarat and had been working as an interface between industries and institutes and giving a strong support in conducting Campus / Off Campus initiatives all over the country.

 
  • We do a customized screening of candidates on the basis of requirement of organizations (criteria/eligibility etc.) in order to reduce the time / effort spent in selection process by Corporate.
  • We can pool students of different colleges and also those from neighboring states and thereby give a broader option of selection.
  • There Initiatives / events of Off Campus / Campus Drive Coordination are only a goodwill gesture from our organization to build a true (iii - Industry – Institute – Interaction) model.

YEAR 2003 (Being a Consultant cum advisor in a BBSR based institutes – Arranged for following within one year 2003.)
 
  1. Arranged Campus for TCS / Dresser Rand I Ltd. / Satyam and a few others.
  2. One of the college got accreditation by TCS and Satyam.
YEAR 2004 : Organised
 
  1. Off - Campus by SATYAM COMPUTER LTD. HYDRABAD. For 1000 candidates at Nirma University, Ahmedabad(Gujarat) : 93 candidates got selected.
  2. Off – campus by WIPRO TECHNOLOGIES, Bangalore for 500 candidates at Gandhinagar(Gujarat).
  3. Off – Campus by L & T (ES) 500 Core Engineers (Mech / Prod / Electrical) at BBSR (Orissa) i.
YEAR 2005 : Coordinated
 
  1. Off – Campus by L & T (e-ES) 350 Core Engineers (Mech./ Prod./ Electrical) at Jaipur (Rajasthan) in Jan 05
  2. Off – Campus by Infosys for 2000 Engineers of 2004 and 2005 batch in August 2005.
YEAR 2006 : Arranged
 
  1. Off – Campus by JCT Electronics for 500 Engineers 2006 batch in April 2006.
  2. Off – Campus by Patni Computers for 400 Engineers 2007 batch and 100 old in Dec 06.

  1. Off – Campus for Asia Motor Works for 350 Engineers and Diploma holder in Feb 07 in MP and Orissa.
  2. Off – Campus for Adani Group for 400 Engineers in Rajasthan
